The registry can be used for wedding or commitment ceremony, new baby, housewarming, graduation, or any other special event that warrants giving loved ones a nudge in the right direction to find a special gift.

You can add specific pieces to your registry and you can also request gift certificates; that way, you can collect certificates should you wish to acquire a more significant piece from your favorite artisan. giveArtfully.com gift certificates are readily available for purchase and can be applied to artwork available at the gallery. These make wonderful gifts for someone who may not have yet created a wish list or visited giveArtfully.com yet.

You can also shop giveArtfully.com just to find a unique gift of handmade art or craft. The artwork available at giveArtfully.com are chosen for their distinctive gift-worthiness. Each piece would make a special memento or modern heirloom for a deserving loved one in your life.

Do I have to create an account to start a registry or order a gift?

You do need an account if you’re starting a registry; this is how you’ll be able to log back in to manage it. It’s easy – and free. Start here to create your giveArtfully.com account.
You do not need to create an account if you’re just ordering a gift, but having an account is helpful since we save your contact, shipping & billing information. We recommend creating an account – we think you’re going to love giveArtfully.com, and hope that you’ll be back.

How does shipping work?

You may choose UPS Ground (1-5 business days), UPS 2-Day Air (2 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2 business days), FedEx Home Delivery (to residences; 1-5 business days) or FedEx 2-Day (2 business days) and pay the respective charges.

If an item requires an additional packaging charge due to its fragility, weight, or size, you will be notified when you make your online selection. Regardless, you can be assured that your artwork will be packaged safely and insured for transit. If your artwork does not arrive in excellent condition, please contact us immediately at give@giveArtfully.com or toll-free at 888.696.6807.

If you're having an artwork shipped to yourself, simply leave your address in the "Ship To" fields on checkout. If you've purchased a gift off a registry and would like the item shipped directly to the registry-holder, there is a place on the Checkout page where you can enter the name of the registry holder. (for their privacy, we keep their shipping address concealed. You may leave your own address in the "Ship To" fields). If you've purchased a gift (not from a registry) and would like it shipped directly to its recipient, simply include the recipient's address in the "Ship To" fields.

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

How long until my gift is shipped?

Along with the description of each handmade piece of art & craft is a timeframe during which the piece will ship. Some artwork will be able to be shipped in a matter of days; some may take up several weeks. It depends on the artistic process as defined by the individual artisan. You will be notified by email when your gift has shipped.

How can I check on my order status?

We will keep you updated. You will receive an order confirmation email when you complete your purchase, and another email notifying you that your purchase has been shipped.

Can everything at giveArtfully.com be put on my Registry?

Some of the artworks featured on giveArtfully.com are truly one-of-a-kind. We strive to offer a number of works that our artisans are happy to produce for you upon your order. But the beauty – and limitation – of the artistic process is that some pieces simply cannot be precisely recreated. You can register for these one-of-a-kind items, but if someone else purchases it, it will be removed from your registry. Luckily, this pertains to a relatively small number of artworks available on giveArtfully.com.
Likewise, if an artwork becomes unavailable (for example, if a material is discontinued or a limited edition has been fulfilled), it will be removed from your registry so that gift-givers cannot inadvertently order an unavailable item.
